Partners in Health is an outpatient family practice for your everyday health care needs.  For sore throats, flu shots, or prenatal care—it is the one place every member of the family can receive care.

Insurance

Partners in Health accepts many major health plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and Healthy Kids insurance programs. We also accept credit cards and payment plans. If an individual or family lacks insurance coverage, Partners in Health provides need-based assistance on a sliding scale.
