Adult Day Services staff is skilled, caring, and dedicated to improving people’s lives through personalized care and attention.  Adult Day Services works cooperatively with you and your doctor, family members, caregivers, and case managers to meet your specific needs whether they are medical, therapeutic or social.

Daily therapeutic activities include

• Quilting
• Games
• Exercises
• REIKI
• Reminiscence therapy
• Baking
• Gardening
• Parties
• Field trips

Health services include

• Skilled nursing care
• Personal care
• Medication management
• Nutrition education

Meals
Each day we provide a family-style breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack.

Cost
The cost for Day Treatment Services is covered by Medicaid, HCBC, ADRD grant funding, and Title XX funding. Private insurance also assists with costs.  In addition, Adult Day Services also has a contract with the VA to provide services to veterans. We can also arrange for private payment plans.

Join the program
Program participants may be referred by case managers, family members or friends. All admissions are approved by a physician.  Attendance ranges from one to five days a week. Call (603) 543-6800 for more information.
